How to Translate a Web Page Into Another Language
Most modern browsers can automatically translate web pages into your preferred language. Follow the instructions below for your browser.
Google Chrome
- Open the website you want to translate.
- If the page is in a different language, Chrome will show a translation popup near the address bar.
- Click Translate.
- To choose a different language, click the three dots in the popup and select Choose another language.
- Right-click anywhere on the page.
- Click Translate to English (or your default language).
- To change the target language:
- Click the Google Translate icon in the address bar.
- Select your preferred language.
Microsoft Edge
Open the webpage.

If the page is in another language, Edge will show a translation popup in the address bar.

Click Translate.

To select a different language:
If no popup appears:
Safari (Mac)
Safari uses Apple’s built-in translation feature.

Open the webpage.

In the address bar, click the Translate button (speech bubble icon).

Select Translate to [Your Language].

If prompted, click Enable Translation.
Mozilla Firefox
Firefox may require a translation extension.

Open the webpage.

Click the Translate icon in the address bar.

Choose your preferred language.

Click Translate.

Click the menu (☰) in the top-right corner.

Select Add-ons and Themes.

Search for Google Translate or another translation extension.

Click Add to Firefox.

Use the extension icon to translate pages.
