In loving memory of my Mother Mary Jane Washington Mary Jane Washington was born on May 5, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to Will and Perline Phillips. She was the oldest of eleven siblings. My Mother is so extraordinary she was hand picked by Jehovah God to be my Mother. Jehovah knew just what kind of mom I needed, this is why it's extremely hard for me to accept the fact my Mother is gone. All those who mistreated her while she was sick I will never forgive plus Jehovah God will take vengeance on all parties that mistreated her while she was sick. Rom 12:17-9 Not only was she drop dead gorgeous with beautiful blue eyes when she would walk into a room all heads would turn. To be such a beautiful woman she was also so humble, smart, very spiritual and had a great sense of humor to add to that. She loved animals and children. I don't have enough pages in a book to describe just what a fantastic Mother Jehovah gave me. We did everything together; we had so much fun. She is the apple of my eye and a sweet heart. She is survived by her six children, five girls and one son. I am her first born Evette Washington, miss fancy she would call me. Her baby daughter Tacsha Washington. She has seven grandchildren, five will be mentioned: Evona Washington, Diora Washington, Sharmar and Shandar Washington her twin grandsons Diangelo Washington. She was blessed to have six great grandchildren three will be mentioned: Dorian Washington, Doriana Washington, Delana Washington. She was married to my Father, Cecil Washington on March 1, 1961. She being Eighteen years old my dad twenty years old. My parents were outstanding, attractive, beautiful couple. My dad being a super star basketball player for the Harlem Clowns and my Mother being a model and a superb hair stylist. She being a fantastic hair stylist she made all five of her daughters and granddaughters hair look like Miss Universe! My parents were married sixty years, sad to say my mom became a widow in 2021. My Mother remains strong she always tried to stay positive through the worst trails she encountered in her life she kept her dignity, grace. She loved our God Jehovah. It was Jehovah God who gave my Mother strength beyond what's normal to withstand her hardships she experienced during her life time. Philippians 4:13 To keep her family together as our matriarch she will be greatly missed. The love she showed to her family even to others she encountered. She loved to read the bible. She had such great common sense along with wisdom beyond her years of life. My Mother always smelled so good even as a little girl I remember when I would hug her she smelled delightful and delicious. She always taught her daughters that women should have a future which is perfume where she left a trail of sweet smell behind her. This is why I am so obsessed with perfume. I can't go a day without it. My Mother dressed superb she was a black ZSA ZSA Gabor. She had more hats, suits, shoes, jewelry, and clothes then the average woman. She also was a wonderful cook. I mean she cooked so good she had you coming back for more. Not only was she my everything she was multitasking with all the responsibilities she had she accomplished a lot. She was also an interior decorator. she used her touch of class, style, and glamor. She made our home beautiful. It was home sweet home. Even when my Mother got older she still looked pretty for her age. My Mother is a woman of integrity with high morals in her bible principles and values. She was baptized to Jehovah on September 5, 1976. 48 years my Mother is a diamond she shined so bright she made Jehovah proud I know my Mother has Jehovah's smile of approval. You may wonder how can such a woman be all of this? Well it's all very true that is the kind of Mother I had. I still can't believe I lost her. It's like a nightmare. I am very devastated and very upset and sad. She was such a wonderful person, I will always love her for the wonderful Mother she is. I cannot wait to greet and kiss her and tell her I love you in the beautiful paradise earth in the resurrection hope PS 83:18 There my Mother will be able to see me with my own husband and children that she very much wanted for me. Mom words can not say how very much I miss you and love you. You're no longer in pain. Rest in peace mom. Your first born daughter Evette Lashell Washington miss fancy, she's mayflower 5th, 1942. Fall asleep in death on August 15, 2024. Written on August 18, 2024 I am Mary Jane Washington's Baby daughter Tacsha Washington. My Mother passing away has left me in great grief to where I can not be around her urn or talk about her. I love my Mother deep in my heart. I can not believe she is gone it's like a bad dream that I want to wake up from. My Mother was my support, my counselor, and friend. I miss our mother and daughter talks. I will wake up each day and call her just to hear her beautiful voice that brought me such comfort. We had so much fun. Just talking to my Mother would sooth my nerves, pains, and troubles. Even when she was tired she would always listen to me. She was such a good listener. She would always show me love, patience, and kindness. I could tell her anything. The nicknames she called me cake, rump shaker, baby girl, lady T will forever stay in my heart. I love my mother this is why it's so hard for me to accept the fact that she is gone. It's hard for me to keep going. I must because I know my mother would want me to keep going to be strong after all she taught me so much about Jehovah ever since I was a baby she taught me many bible scriptures we will talk and read the bible over the phone. My mother is so pretty. In fact I look just like her. She had beautiful blue eyes I inherited her eyes. I have beautiful green eyes this made our father smile because me and my other sister had this lovely feature from our mother. My mother was everything to me. When I got married and had five children of my own my mother was there through good and bad times. My older sister and I are momma girls and this is why it's like a cut to my heart to lose her. I still keep telling myself she is ok and that nothing happened to her because I don't want to let her go. I love my mother I am longing to see my mother again. I know she will give me that beautiful smile and be happy to see me, my sister Evette, my five children, and my three grandchildren again in paradise earth. Mom I love you and miss you rest in peace. Evona Letter for Grandma My beautiful awesome grandma you were always strong through the hard time and the good times, but you was also a loving caring compassionate grandma to all of us. You have been there for me during some of my toughest times as a child , teenager and adult. I should have called off from work more to come visit you, support you in person, also to give aunt e a break. You was always there for me during my times that were difficult. You was always worried when I have surgeries. I know Jehovah god also wanted me to show appreciation more to you grandma and be there. My mom wanted to be there for you more and see you more but she couldn't't cause she had to wait on me and Diora to drive mom there to you mom car wasn't't good to drive so far. You were always a good listener , always had good conversations over the phone and in person. I remember I will fall asleep on grandfather side of the bed and you will rub my feet and pat my leg. Even touch my hair on my head to see how it feels. Grandma even watched cartoons with us and scary movie with us or martial arts movies. Grandma & grandfather would also watch their cowboy movies or they go on their music date listen to music with an ice cream come. I thought that was always cute and romantic for grandma and grandfather. Grandma & Grandfather both loved each other for 60 years long. Grandma loved her husband my grandfather til the very end. I will talk with my grandma about vitamins, music , movies , even about life and talk about Jehovah god. You will always ask me if I still dance and for me to keep on dancing it will make me happy. When I come around or call grandma , grandma will call me Savannah or miss Savannah. I wish you was here grandma to see my graduate from college for crimes scene investigator I'll be graduating next year I wanted you and aunt e to be there to celebrate with me. Me and Alecia had it planned out to have my graduation be in Victorville cause you was suppose to move to Hesperia this year it breaks my heart & I'm sad. I do know you would have been proud and happy for me to graduate. Grandma always try to keep all of us strong mentally and emotionally but also show how us how to have compassionate and caring and sympathy, loving to one another. Me and grandma will watch movies even cartoons. We also talk about Asian music , the kimono dressing. I was always able to talk to you about anything, I even talked grandma ears off at night time would be talking to my grandma about everything late at night I would have so much fun talking to my grandma . My Grandma even listened to her baby daughter (tacsha) over the phone late at night to comfort her last born daughter. grandma has a gold of heart for all of us and listens to all of us vent. I will always remember everything you have done for me as a child, teenager and adult . You worry about my safety , the pain I will have with my endometriosis, even ask if I'm sad or depressed . I will go back and look at the pics we took with you grandma as child and teenager and remember how well you took care of all of our hair our hair was long healthy and beautiful; you still the best hair stylist/cosmetologist ever. I will always remember and will always love you grandma and I will continue to love you. You was, were , and still is the best grandma ever. I will still have faith in Jehovah god cause grandma always had faith til the end. Not fair I didn't't want you to go through all that misery pain; wasn't't fair for you , you was a good mother to your children. Your baby girl your last born cake (rump shaker) Tacash your youngest daughter will always miss and cry about you . (Mom)tacsha your daughter will always love you . Mom (tacsha) your daughter was always motivated by your spiritual words grandma. You will always comfort mom ( your last born). Mom always talk good about you to the neighbors, or employees. You kept mom going on a spiritually note and give advice. Mom wanted to always continue to talk to you everyday around 8am mom will call you and talk to you to get scriptures or to have a good conversation or advice with grandma . Mom will tell me that grandma loves bettyboop and will get pillows, keychains, pictures of bettyboop around the house or in grandma convertible mustang. Mom feels lonely and feel empty cause you not here grandma; mom tells me everyday it's not right that you had to go grandma and it's hurting my mom. Mom wanted to continue to hear your voice and visit you more grandma. Mom tells me all the foods mom like are the foods that you like too grandma, mom says it's going to be hard and hurtful to eat those food like salads , seafood , subway , fish and rice and chips, nuts. Grandma , my mom said she only got to hear your voice one last time on Dorian's birthday. Mom was so happy about you grandma and aunt e moving to Hesperia. Mom was already making plans and ideas of what grandma and mom was going to do to help out and give you company and better support grandma . Mom always looked up to you grandma and mom will tell me all the time. Mom will tell me she doesn't't want nothing to happen to you cause you're #1 person/mother and care and love you a lot and wanted you to keep striving and living . Mom will tell me she have fun,happy, laughter conversations over the phone and that she had a great time talking on the phone with you grandma and that it made her day even better. Mom said she wanted to make you proud by finding and having a good job that supports her bills by herself and that you didn't't get a chance to see that happen in the future. Mom told me she wanted to tell you grandma that she loves you very much and wanted to give you a hug and how much she appreciated you as a mother. When mom was living closer to you grandma mom will stop by at your house and talk to you or bring over your favorite snack or Chinese food from Kim Lu. You will be excited grandma about mom coming over and so was mom to the point mom started dancing because mom was happy to visit you and you will get happy to grandma and will tell mom " go rump shaker dance, that's my rump shaker my daughter" I will watch and laugh and start dancing with you grandma and mom we were all happy. I remember grandma will cook a delicious meal for mom and send it over to mom house or mom would come over and pick it up or eat it at grandma house. Mom will love the food grandma cook and will tell Everyone that her mom is a terrific cook. Mom said "she will always love you forever and that she will Be sad and hurt about you grandma. Mom still have a bunch of pics of mom & you grandma. Mom also said , that she will always see resemblance of you grandma in mom face and that it breaks mom heart it hurts and makes her cry she wish you was still here she didn't't want you to go, she will always love you for eternally. Mom also show me a few songs you like grandma like tupac, Elvis , Dolly Parton mom told me you like those artists she told me you like Dolly Parton "will always love you", Elvis "can't help falling in love with you" tupac "dear mama" those were the songs mom show me and told me you like those songs grandma. Mom tells me every day she love you and says " I love my mom a lot ". I wish I can give you a big hug and a kiss on the cheek and forehead and to tell you I love you , mom wanted to give you a hug and a kiss on the cheek and tell you she loves you. Mom wanted to get you a fire stick so you can watch all your favorite movies and new movies that you wanted to see Godzilla, King Kong. Mom and you grandma will talk about all types of new movies or old movies and what movies you and mom wanted to see. I also remember grandma will ask me if I've watched any lifetime movies and if I seen any good lifetime movies and grandma will tell me what lifetime movies grandma and aunt e watched. I should have been there way more for you. Even while you was in pain you still care and worried about everyone else . I should have called off from work more to keep you company and watch movies with you. I'm sorry grandma and I love you, I will always love you and will never forget you. You always believe and never gave up on none of us. You had open arms to Alecia always asked about how she doing and how's her blood clot doing . You always included Alecia in your prayers grandma . You worried about me and Alecia living in the car always cried and prayed that we will get out of that situation . You always remember and ask us if we found a place to live at or find a Rv park or a Rv you always remembered. You introduce Alecia to Jehovah god and gave us bible studies along with bibles to have. I will never forget all the good things you did for me as a child, teenager, adult. You always worried about my health and everyone else's health. You cried about everyone else's struggles. You always thought about us , you always included everyone in your prayer . You kept all of us strong , spiritual you show us how to support , love , comfort others ; grandma you had the most wonderful way to comfort and support and love us and best Listener at all times even if it was something sad or upsetting you always still listen and gave the best advice , best Strategies, the best wisdom of words. I'm gong to always miss you grandma and we all is going to see you again in paradise earth with Jehovah gods help. Where you can have your vision to see all of us , to walk and stand on your own and comeback even more stronger than ever. Can't wait to see you again grandma on paradise earth . I will always follow the steps and advice you gave me , continue to believe in Jehovah gods name, you always ask if I still dance and I told you I haven't been dancing , you will say "dance keep dancing it makes you happy and stress reliever". I'm going to get back into the groove slowing start back dancing hiphop for you grandma I know you always love to dance , listen to music , watch movies , you loved horses and so do I . Grandma wanted a horse as a pet and I wanted one too. On paradise earth grandma and I both will have a horse. Grandma loved animals and always took in stray dogs and mom will find stray dogs and will tell grandma, grandma will tell mom get the stray dog she wants to take care of the stray dogs . Grandma always took good care of her dogs all grandma dogs loved grandma and will always get excited and happy to see grandma. Spud lighting , along with the rest of the dogs my grandma had always made my grandma happy and my grandma will be excited to pet them and will laugh in happiness. I'm going to get a tattoo of all the things you like grandma. I will tell everyone I talk to from work and from the past on how good of grandma I have and how she was there for me, how spiritually and pleasant to be around; energetic to talk to. Grandma love electronics like me like computers , tablets cell phone video games. Grandma was a fun energetic happy grandma to us. My grandma love to shop online on tv she will think of us and will get us something on her own. Mom and I miss you grandma and we love you eternally and will always remember you and think of you and keep your name in vain and will talk about all the good moments we had with you grandma. l love you grandma with all my heart. You loved us all soo deeply, and we felt it. I hope you were able to feel our love pouring right back at you when you were here. Because we loved you sooo much. Then, now, and forever. You were one of the best grandma's any one can ever ask for. Thank you for highlighting the vow of marriage. You and Grandpa shared 60 years of marriage together, and it was an honor to witness both your love and friendship with each other. It helped ease the sadness of your death to know that Grandpa was waiting for you on the other side in the paradise earth. I am going to miss everything about you, Grandma. I am going to miss seeing your phone calls, hearing your beautiful voice, seeing your beautiful face, kissing your cute little soft cheeks and giving you big bear hugs. I am going to miss our conversations. How we could cover such a broad range of topics in a single conversation is beyond me. You were always a phone call away if we ever needed any advise, support, or just to hear your lovely voice. I am going to miss having our Bible studies and talks about Jehovah and all your beautiful scriptures and prayers. I am going to miss me and your great grand kids going to visit you. You were always soo much fun, full of joy, loving, caring, giving, patient, wise, most of all just a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you for always being there for me growing up when I felt I had no one else you were always there without a doubt. Thank you for all that you've done for us throughout our childhood up until now. I will never forget all the good times we had with you and grandfather. Each photo and video that I have of you will always be an immeasurable treasure to me and your great grandkids forever. You were the very best Grandma/Great Grandma there is. We were sooo lucky to have you as our grandma. We literally had the best grandparents growing up. I will always cherish all of those memories for ever. Grandma it's so hard to accept you passed away but I know this is not the end. You are now free, and at peace and no longer is suffering in pain. I want to say I love you very much thank you for having the amazing heart you have thank you for always being there for me helping me with Bible quotes/Bible studies and also thank you for introducing me to Jehovah god. I wasn't taught about god growing up as a child now I know how powerful Jehovah god is..... you have a beautiful heart inside and out . Thank you for always checking on me with my blood clots to make sure I'm always okay.
